		<description>Wow, that&#039;s a nice set of consumer protections.  I&#039;m only sad that Pennsylvania hasn&#039;t adopted this measure yet, and it seems to offer some excellent protection to consumers.

And I would also like to see risk/benefit explanations most of these companies would have to produce.  I wonder how many just closed shop in Colorado, Delaware, Rhode Island and Utah to avoid having to come clean.</description>
