		<description>Mr. TML - I hate to break the news to you but a lot of Americans *are* incapable of taking care of themselves. They are just incapable of making long term plans, budgeting, saving, reading a prospectus, etc. Scares the HECK out of me because these are otherwise &#039;intellegent&#039; adults who you &amp; I trust and rely upon everyday for the activities of modern life. But they either can&#039;t or simply won&#039;t (lazy) plan or save for themselves. That&#039;s why starting in 2008 the gov lets employers automatically enroll employees in 401ks. Otherwise many just never would!

People just don&#039;t give a crap and then expect you and me who did plan and save and sacrafice to have a retirement savings to gleefully give some of it to them.

I see it everyday from people 25 to 45 y/o!
